1. What is The MagBag?
The MagBag is a magnetic gym bag designed to securely hold your personal items while you're at the gym. It's sweat-resistant, lightweight, and perfect for everyday use.
2. Do you accept refunds?
Yes! We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.
Important: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Contact us at magbag.help.uk@gmail.com to start the return process.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
5. What if my bag arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please email us within 3 days of delivery at magbag.help.uk@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.
